Use the theatre entrance, not just the resort address
A hotel can occupy a large site. Read the ticket’s entrance instructions and check the walking route inside the resort. Reaching a taxi drop-off does not mean you are ready to enter the auditorium.
Keep dinner in the same area
A restaurant close to the confirmed venue reduces the number of moving parts. Tell the restaurant about your showtime and avoid a meal format that would leave you rushing through the final course.
Avoid two tightly packed reservations
A short flight, viewing deck or tour may involve more travel and check-in than its headline duration suggests. Keep a generous buffer before a show. Put a full-day canyon excursion on a different day when possible.
Prepare the ticket before you leave
Open the delivery instructions, check that you can access the actual ticket and note any identification requirements. A booking confirmation and an admission barcode can be different documents. Follow the current instructions from the booking provider.
